Q&A

What is your favorite ballet?
Growing up it was the classics like Swan Lake, Giselle and Cinderella. While my devotion and first love are the classical ballets, as I grew up and watched other styles of ballet works and had them set at PBT, I have fallen in love with the Balanchine repertoire – Diamonds from Jewels, Divertimento No. 15 and Serenade, just to name a few.

What has your favorite role been? Why?
“Odette/Odile” in Swan Lake. It was my first principal role in a full-length ballet. It’s known for being the most demanding role a ballerina can perform mentally and physically. I put my entire self into the process and had an amazing time rehearsing and performing it. It has been a big career highlight for me.
