FINANCIAL AID
This application is due no later than March 2, 2025.
The following questions should be answered by the primary guardian of the student participating in PBT School summer programming for summer 2025.
Eligibility for financial aid will be determined based on the U.S. Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines. For our 2025 summer programming, we will only consider aid for households whose income is less than 300% of the poverty guidelines for their household size. Available aid is limited and individual awards will be based on the number of eligible applicants.
Please do register for programming in addition to filling out the application. No payments will be charged for financial aid applicants until after they have received notice of any financial aid award.
IMPORTANT: by submitting this form, and checking the box below, you agree to the following:
- You declare that, to the best of your knowledge, all information in this application is true and correct.
- You understand that financial aid is limited and that submitting an application does not guarantee a financial aid award.
- You understand that financial aid awards are considered Work-Study awards and may carry an obligation for the student recipient to complete assigned tasks.
- You understand that you will have two weeks from the time of aid notification to accept your award or withdraw, after which the aid offer will be considered forfeit. Any payments owed up until that point will be due at this deadline.
All information in this application is strictly confidential. We ask that you keep all financial aid decisions in strict confidence as well.
Financial aid decisions will be communicated to families no later than Monday, March 10, 2025.
