2026 Spring Performances
May 21-23, 2026 | PNC Theater at Point Park University’s Playhouse
Experience an inspiring celebration of artistry as the next generation of dancers takes the stage in world premiere works by guest choreographers Durante Verzola and Marc Spaulding. The program also features the Student Division’s presentation of Progression, choreographed by Head of Curriculum and Student Division, Eun Young Ahn, with live accompaniment by PBT
School Music Coordinator, Maja Petrovic. Audiences will also experience an array of newly created classical and innovative contemporary works by PBT School Faculty. Together, these performances reflect the dedication, discipline and artistry nurtured in our studios each day.
As the official training institution of Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, PBT School is recognized among the nation’s leading centers for dance education and professional training. Under the leadership of PBT School Dean Raymond Rodriguez, the School offers a comprehensive curriculum across its Children’s, Student and Pre-Professional Divisions. From a child’s first plié to advanced pre-professional study, students are guided in developing technical excellence, artistic expression
and a lifelong appreciation for ballet.
